At Stella, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original packaging is used to protect the garments during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
